Exchange Policy


This exchange policy governs the conditions under which exchange is accepted by VIE Apparels.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a Exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for a Exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.

• The product must be Exchange in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

• The unboxing video should be required to eligible for the return policy of wrong/damaged products delivered.

2. Non-Exchangable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation

• Customized or made-to-order wooden products

• Items without original packaging

• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions.


4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

• A replacement product (subject to availability).


5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
